Refund Policy for GetRefactor Services

1. 1:1 Mentorship Sessions

   • Refunds are available if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

   • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed sessions.

2. Workshops & Webinars

   • Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase and at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

   • No refunds for requests made within 48 hours of the event.

3. Courses & Programs

   • Refund requests made within 14 days of the program start date are eligible for a full refund, provided no more than 2 sessions/modules have been completed.

   • No refunds after 14 days of the program start date or once more than 2 sessions/modules have been accessed.

4. Refund Processing

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of request.

   • To initiate a refund, please email info@getrefactor.com with your purchase details and reason for cancellation.
